Man arrested after theft in Corner Brook

A 58-year-old man from Steady Brook has been arrested and charged with Theft under $5000 after an incident in Corner Brook.

On Tuesday evening RNC responded to a report of a theft that occurred at a business in Murphy Square.

Staff had observed a male stealing merchandise from the business.

The accused was later released to appear in Provincial Court in April.
