Man arrested after stolen vehicle recovered in St. John’s

A 35-year-old man has been arrested following a report of a stolen vehicle in the east end of St. John’s.

The RNC responded to the complaint at approximately 7:50 p.m. on April 12. The vehicle was located several hours later.

Police arrested a male suspect in connection with the incident. He is facing charges of theft of a vehicle and possession of stolen property.

The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court.
