Man arrested after Mount Pearl accident

On Friday evening the RNC responded to a motor vehicle accident on Pitts Memorial Drive in Mount Pearl.

Responding officers noticed that the driver was exhibiting signs of impairment.

The 33-year-old was arrested and charged with impaired driving and the vehicle was impounded.

The accused was released to appear in court at a later date.
