Man arrested after lighting another mans hair on fire

A 40-year-old male was arrested for assault with a weapon following a bizarre incident a residence in the center city of St. John's.

The RNC was called to a report an assault on Friday morning. Police located the male victim who stated that another male had lit his hair on fire.

Through the course of the investigation, the accused was arrested and held to appear in court.
