Man arrested after employee flags down police after theft

While on patrol on Monday afternoon, RNC officers were flagged down by an employee from a business on Military Road in St. John's.

Officers were informed that a theft had just occurred from the business.

A short time later, police located a 31-year-old male who was associated with the crime. The mand was arrested and charged with theft, two counts of breaching a release order, and breach of probation.

The accused will appear in court this morning.
