Man arrested after disturbance on Confederation Drive

On Monday evening the RNC responded to a possible domestic disturbance in the Confederation Drive area.

Responding officers located and identified the involved parties. It was determined that the male involved was on several release orders for different jurisdictions in different provinces.

The 37 year old resident of Stephenville was charged with breaching his Court Orders, Resisting arrest, Uttering Threats and Causing a Disturbance.

The accused was held in custody to appear in court.
