Man arrested after disturbance in downtown St. John's

On Monday afternoon RNC was called to a disturbance on Military Road in St. John’s.

After an investigation, a 47-year-old man was charged with uttering threats, damage to property, and breaching his court order.

The accused was held to appear in court this morning.
