Man arrested after disturbance at St. John’s hospital

A 51-year-old man was arrested Friday morning after police responded to a disturbance at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says officers were called to the hospital at about 8 a.m. after security requested assistance with an unwelcome person.
Police say the man was arrested for causing a disturbance, uttering threats and failing to comply with a probation order.
