Man arrested after breaching court order

At 11:15 pm on Thursday night, the RNC patrol services responded to a call at a business on Kenmount Road in St. John's to a report of a court order breach in progress.

Responding officers located a 24-year-old male who was on a current release order.

Officers determined the male was in breach of this release order because he was out past his curfew.

The male was arrested and charged with two counts of breach of release order and was held to appear in court.
