Man arrested after armed robbery in St. John's

On Wednesday evening around 8:43 pm, RNC officers and a K9 Unit responded near the Boulevard, St. John’s for a report of an armed robbery in progress.

Police arrested a 57-year-old male with armed robbery and assault with a weapon.

He was held at the lock-up to appear in court this morning.
