Male with four warrants arrested near centre-city business in St John's

At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon in the area of Freshwater Road, Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) were patrolling and observed a wanted male walking out of a local business.
