Major price jump in some fuels

The Public Utilities Board has made another adjustment to several fuels due to "recent commodity market developments."

Diesel has increased by 8.6 cents per litre.

Furnace oil is up another 7.42 cents per litre.

Stove oil heating fuel on the Island has increased by 7.42 cents and stove oil heating fuel in Labrador has increased by 28.51 cents.

There is no change in the price of gasoline or propane.
