Lourdes Man Charged with Multiple Breaches of Court Order

The RCMP have charged a 30-year-old man with three counts of breaching a court order following a traffic stop on Wednesday of last week.

RCMP were on patrol on in Lourdes observed an ATV that was being operated by the man, who was known to be on release conditions not to drive.

Police conducted a traffic stop and the driver was arrested for three counts of breaching a court order: breach of curfew, breach of driving restriction and refusal to provide a breath sample.

The man was remanded into custody following a court appearance.

The ATV has been impounded.
