The latest polling data from 338 Canada puts the Liberal Party well ahead of their main rivals, the PC Party.
The Liberal Party is at 46 percent support, the PC Party is at 38 percent, and the NDP is trailing at 13 percent.
Public issues likely to influence the campaign include health care, cost of living, infrastructure, and regional representation (particularly in rural and Labrador areas).
Voter turnout and vote splitting (especially with the NDP in third place) could alter the dynamics in close ridings.
A total of 20 seats are needed to form a majority government.
Advance Polling Day is on October 7, and Election Day is on October 14.
