Impaired driver involved in collision in Paradise

On Tuesday evening, the RNC were called to a motor vehicle collision in Paradise where a single vehicle had collided with a pole, a fence and some trees.
The driver involved in the collision had left the scene but was located by police.
The 51-year-old was charged with impaired operation of a vehicle and operation of a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration that is equal to or exceeds 80mg of alcohol in 100mL of blood.
His driving privileges were suspended, and he was released for court at a later date.
