Impaired driver arrested following collision in Wabush

A collision in Wabush has landed one man in jail for impaired driving.
On Tuesday evening, around 8:45 p.m., the RNC responded to a two-vehicle collision in Wabush. A 63-year-old man was arrested for impaired driving after he was found to be over three times the legal limit.
His vehicle was impounded, and his driver’s license was suspended. He was released to appear in court at a later date.
The driver of the other vehicle involved was treated in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
