Illegal U-turn sends one to hospital in Corner Brook accident

On Wednesday morning there was a two-vehicle accident in the Riverside Drive area of Corner Brook.

Both of the vehicles involved sustained moderate damage.

The operator of one vehicle was transported to the Western Memorial Hospital to be treated for injuries.

Police issued a ticket to one of the operators for making a U-Turn when unsafe to do so.
