HV-GB RCMP Investigating Sudden Death

At approximately 8:30 pm on Thursday night, Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP responded to a report of an unresponsive male in a wooded area of the town.

Multiple attempts to revive the 47-year-old man were unsuccessful.

Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.

At this time the RCMP in Happy Valley-Goose Bay has engaged the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner; the investigation is continuing.
