How to Vote in the 2025 Municipal Election

With the municipal election set for today, residents can vote in person in most municipalities.
To be eligible to vote, you must be a Canadian citizen, be 18 years of age on election day, and you must have been a resident of the municipality for 30 days in most cases.
To cast a ballot, voters must present identification that confirms both name and address.
Polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
