House Fire in Grand Falls-Windsor

There was a fire at a house on Sullivan Street in Grand Falls-Windsor.

The fire was reported at the occupied home around noon yesterday.

Heavy smoke and fire could be seen coming from the structure when crews arrived.

There were no injuries but the home was extensively damaged.

Grand Falls-Windsor Fire Cheif Vince MacKenzie said the fire started in the kitchen and extended to the rest of the home.
