Happy Valley-Goose Bay Area Forest Access Roads to Close During Spring Thaw

As of Tuesday forest access roads in the Happy Valley-Goose Bay area will be closed to vehicle traffic.

The closure will be in place until further notice and impacts South Branch Forest Access Road, Goose River Forest Access Road, Grove’s Point Forest Access Road, and Grand Lake Forest Access Road System (0.8 km mark, at the second gate).

The temporary closures are required to protect forest access roads from damage during the spring thaw period.

Roads will remain open for ATV use.
