Halloween Should Be Able to go Ahead

For all the ghosts and goblins out there hoping to head out trick-or-treating on Halloween, it looks like you might be able to.

At the media briefing on Wednesday afternoon Dr. Janice Fitzgerald said that if the provincial cases of COVID-19 remain low, there is no reason Halloween cannot go ahead with proper precautions in place.

Some places outside of the province have cancelled Halloween this year or are advising against participating.

On Wednesday there were no new cases of COVID-19 and one active case. The province has tested 38,960 people.
