The working group on Policing Transformation is seeking the public’s input on policing services in the province. The Working Group developed a detailed survey as part of public engagement efforts to hear from residents.

The survey was developed with feedback from several community partners including Stella’s Circle, First Light, End Homelessness St John’s, Office of the Seniors’ Advocate, City of St John’s, End Sexual Violence, Public Legal Information Association, Thrive, and Transition House Association of Newfoundland and Labrador.

This confidential and voluntary survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept anonymous, and only overall results will be shared.

The survey is available here until January 22, 2025.

Established by the Provincial Government in 2023, the Police Transformation Working Group is mandated to evaluate Newfoundland and Labrador’s current policing model, conduct public engagement, and provide ongoing advice to ensure Newfoundlanders and Labradorians receive the most effective and efficient policing services possible.
