Government Providing Funding to Support Eating Disorder Foundation

The province has awarded approximately $82,000 in funding to the Eating Disorder Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The funding will be used to provide education and support for families and loved ones of people living with an eating disorder.

It is in addition to an annual operating grant of $43,700 provided to the foundation.

Last year, more than 700 individuals participated in the foundation’s services.
