Government Expands Adjudicator Roster for Land Use Planning Appeals

Three people have been appointed to the roster of adjudicators to hear land use planning appeals.
Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs John Haggie announced that John Baird, Christopher Forbes, and Lorilee Sharpe have been appointed.
These appointments bring the roster of adjudicators to 11 and strengthens regional representation.
Adjudicators hear appeals related to land use and development issues that arise from decisions made by municipalities or a provincial government authority.
Appointees were recommended through the merit-based Independent Appointments Commission.
