Gathering Place receives provincial funding

The Gathering Place has received approximately $1.5 million in funding.

The funding will be used for:

• Meal service increases.

• Recruitment and retention of staff.

• Facility cost increases.

• Added security expenses.

The funding aligns with recommendations from Health Accord NL to support the community sector and the social determinants of health.
