Gas prices drop overnight

There is some welcome relief at the pumps this morning.

The Public Utilities Board has decreased the price of gasoline by 8.7 cents per litre.

Gasoline on the Avalon Peninsula is around 161.7 cents, in central gas is at 164.2 cents, and in Corner Brook gas is at 162.5 cents.

There were no other changes in other fuel prices.
