Gas expected to drop in price this week


After weeks of increases, we could see a drop in fuel prices this week.


Dan McTeague says all fuels will decrease.


Gasoline is expected to go down 1.4 cents, diesel will drop by about 3.3 cents, heating oil will fall by about 2.5 cents.


Brent Crude Oil is trading at $93.27 per barrel as of 7:50 am.


Gas currently costs about 174.4 on the Avalon Peninsula while diesel is at 187.2. Furnace oil is at 123.64, stove oil is at 131.76, and propane is trading at about 125.3.


Prices are adjusted at midnight.
