Furey to Discuss Final Phase of Elimination of 1.6 Kilometre Busing Policy

Premier Andrew Furey will be joined by Minister Fred Hutton, MHA-elect Jamie Korab, and President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of School Councils Don Coombs today to discuss the final phase of the elimination of the 1.6 kilometre busing policy.

The availability takes place in the parking lot of Waterford Valley High in St. John’s, beginning at 10:30 a.m. In the event of inclement weather, the availability will be moved inside the school.
