Fuel prices take unexpected big jump

It will cost a lot more to fill up on some fuels today. The Public Utilities Board has changed the price of fuels due to recent commodity market developments.

While gas and propane are unchanged, diesel motor fuel has jumped by 8.6 cents.

Furnace oil heating fuel on the Island increased by 7.43 cents. Stove oil heating fuel in western Labrador went up by 7.49 cents.
