Fuel prices see big drop across Newfoundland and Labrador

All types of gasoline motor fuel decreased by up to 10.6 cents per litre.


Diesel motor fuel prices on the Island decreased by up to 7.3 cents per litre, while diesel prices in western Labrador decreased by 7.6 cents per litre.


Furnace oil heating fuel prices on the Island dropped by 6.33 cents per litre, while stove oil heating fuel prices in western Labrador decreased by 6.71 cents per litre.


The next scheduled fuel price adjustment by the Public Utilities Board is set for Friday, May 29, 2026.
