It'll cost a lot more to fill up today. Due to recent commodity market developments, the Public Utilities Board has intervened and adjusted maximum prices.

Gas is up 9.3 cents per litre. Diesel on the Island increased by up to 7.9 cents while diesel in western Labrador went up by 7.8 cents.

Furnace oil heating fuel on the Island increased by 6.84 cents per litre, and stove oil heating fuel in western Labrador increased by 6.74 cents.

No extraordinary maximum price adjustments will be implemented for propane heating fuel at this time.

The above prices do not apply to Zones 10, 11, 11a, 11c, 12 and 14.
