Fuel prices increased across Newfoundland and Labrador following the latest adjustment by the province's fuel regulator.

The changes saw all grades of gasoline rise by 0.4 cents per litre. Diesel prices on the Island increased by up to 0.8 cents per litre, while diesel in western Labrador increased by up to 0.6 cents per litre.

Heating fuels also saw modest increases. Furnace oil on the Island rose by 0.63 cents per litre, while stove oil in western Labrador increased by 0.46 cents per litre.

The regulator said its next scheduled fuel price adjustment is set for Friday.
