Overnight gasoline prices fell by up to 1.0 cent per litre. Diesel dropped by up to 6.6 cents per litre on the Island and 7.1 cents in parts of Labrador. Furnace oil prices on the Island decreased by 5.72 cents, while stove oil in Labrador declined by 5.68 cents per litre.

The changes reflect shifts in market prices and the ongoing transition to spring fuel blends.

Seasonal blending adjustments are continuing throughout April. On the Island, diesel and furnace oil are now based on a mix of 75 per cent ultra-low sulphur diesel and 25 per cent kerosene. In western Labrador, diesel pricing is now based on a blend of 80 per cent kerosene and 20 per cent ultra-low sulphur diesel.

Current fuel prices

  • Avalon Peninsula 204.9

  • Central Newfoundland 208.7

  • Western Newfoundland 206.0

  • Western Labrador 212.1

The next fuel price adjustment is scheduled for April 9, 2026.
