Maximum fuel prices decreased across Newfoundland and Labrador, with notable reductions in gasoline, diesel and heating fuels.

Gasoline prices fell by up to 1.0 cent per litre. Diesel motor fuel saw larger declines, dropping by up to 12.6 cents per litre on the Island and 12.8 cents per litre in western Labrador.

Heating fuels also decreased, with furnace oil on the Island down by 10.94 cents per litre. Stove oil in western Labrador dropped by 11.17 cents per litre. Propane heating fuel decreased by 1.7 cents per litre.

The board said its next regularly scheduled price adjustment is set for April 3, 2026, but noted ongoing volatility in global commodity markets used to calculate fuel prices.

It added that it is closely monitoring market conditions and warned that additional unscheduled price adjustments could occur in the coming days.
