Former RNC Chief passes away

Retired RNC Chief Richard Roche has passed away.

Roche passed away last Tuesday. He served as the 14th Chief of Police.

Born in St. John’s in 1938. He joined the RNC in 1956 and was appointed Chief of Police on March 1, 1980.

Roche retired from the RNC in 1984.
