Fogo Island Inn on Prestigious Michelin Three-Key Designation

A Michelin Key hotel is deemed to be truly exceptional and luxurious, making the establishment among the most elite hotels in the world.

This designation acknowledges the Fogo Island Inn’s dedication, innovation, and commitment to excellence. It celebrates not only the hotel’s hospitality but also its role in showcasing the cultural and natural beauty of Fogo Island.

In April 2024, the Michelin Guide, the same group that bestows Michelin Stars upon exceptional restaurants, launched its Michelin Key distinction. Hotels can be given a One, Two or Three-Key distinction, with Three-Keys being the most prestigious. To date, there is only one other Three-Key hotel in Canada.
