Fire destroys shed, damages home on Bell island, early Wednesday morning

No injuries following early-morning fire that destroyed a shed, muiltple ATVs and damaged a home on Bell Island.

Fire crews were called to the fire around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning on Conway Street after muiltple calls to 911 came in about the blaze.

When firefighters arrived on the scene, after being dispatched, they were met with heavy flames and smoke coming from the side of the home, which was found to be a shed. Firefighters quickly started laying attack lines and hooking up an supply line and within fifteen-minutes or so the fire was knocked down with remaining hotspots.

All opponent/s got out of the home safely with no injuries.
