Police catch 19-year-old man after chase that ended in RNC parking lot

At around 3:45 a.m. on October 20, 2025 police spotted a wanted male walking in the downtown area.


Police officers pursued the male on foot across

multiple streets and he eventually ran to the RNC parking lot where he stopped to catch his breath. Additional police officers were waiting and took the male into custody.


The 19-year-old male was conveyed to the St. John’s city lockup.
