Evacuations underway due to forest fire in Hickman's Harbour

Clarenville RCMP is currently on the scene of a forest fire in Hickman's Harbour, and police are evacuating cabins in the area. The public is asked to avoid the area.

Two water bombers are currently working a wildfire near Hickman’s Harbour and Forestry crews are en route.
