Escape Inmate fled on foot from Her Majesty's Penitentiary

Wanted Person - Todd Boland*

Boland, age 51, fled HMP on foot this morning. He is 6’2” tall with a slender build and was wearing a blue sweatshirt and pants. Public are advised not approach Boland. Any sightings should be reported to the RNC immediately 709-729-8000.
