Emergency alert issued for armed individual after three people shot

RNC says shooting suspect in CBS today is now in custody, and there is no further threat related to this matter.

The RNC is searching for 31-year-old Matthew Jeremy Fowler after three people were shot in Conception Bay south earlier today. An emergency alert has been issued.

An armed individual is at large. He is described as being six feet five inches tall and 200 lbs with tattoos around the neck. Fowler has dark hair and brown eyes and may be travelling in a black Subaru Legacy with the license plate number JFH 710.

The RNC is advising the community to shelter in place. Stay inside and lock all doors and windows.
