Drunk driver collides with snowplow

A 59-year-old man has lost his vehicle and driver’s license after a collision on Columbus Drive in St. John's around 1 a.m. this morning.

The RNC responded to a motor vehicle collision where a driver had collided with a city snowplow operator.

Police suspected the driver to be impaired and administered the Approved Screening Device, which resulted in a seven-day suspension. The 59-year-old male had his vehicle seized and impounded.
