Driver owing $20K in fines given more fines

At about 10:00 last night the RNC conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Waterford Bridge Road in St. John's.

The 31-year-old male driver had a suspended license and had over $20,000 in outstanding fines. The male was given additional tickets for driving with a suspended license and having defective equipment, officers also impounded his vehicle.
