Driver charged after suspected impaired driving collision in Paradise

A 27-year-old man is facing charges after a two-vehicle collision in Paradise on Wednesday evening.
The RNC responded to the crash around 7 p.m. on March 4. During the investigation, one of the drivers was suspected to be impaired.
The man was charged with refusing to provide a breath sample.
No injuries were reported, but both vehicles sustained moderate damage.
Police say the accused was released and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date. His vehicle was also impounded.
