Driver charged After Corner Brook Collision #nltraffic

The RNC along with the Corner Brook Fire Department and Western Health paramedics responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Bliss Street and Carmen Avenue on Wednesday.

Both vehicles involved sustained moderate damages and one of the drivers, a 27-year-old female was transported by ambulance to Western Memorial Regional Hospital.

The other driver, a 35-year-old female was charged under the Highway Traffic Act for Failing to Obey a Stop Sign and Operating a Vehicle without an Insurance Policy in effect.

The vehicle operated by this driver was impounded due to the no insurance violation.
