Driver caught owing nearly $50K in fines

On Sunday RNC Traffic Services stopped a vehicle for making an illegal left turn near the Avalon Mall.

The driver turned out to have a suspended driver's licence and owed just shy of $50,000 in fines.

His vehicle was seized and he will appear in court later.
