Crocker announces support for Avalon Holographics

The provincial government is providing support to Avalon Holographics to advance the commercialization of its holographic display technology.

Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology Steve Crocker announced an investment of $1 million. The funding will be used to see the construction and installation of its next-generation holographic display system at a major U.S. Department of Energy facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Avalon Holographics is a leader in the development of 3D holographic displays. It is headquartered in St. John’s.
