Corner Brook Elks Lodge fed up with snow being dumped on parking lot

The Corner Brook Elks Lodge is trying to determine who has been dumping large quantities of snow on their parking lot.

The lodge is requesting that whoever is dumping the snow stop immediately. They are also requesting that what has been dumped so far be removed. Snow has been dumped there at least twice in the past month. This is only been an issue this winter.

The contractor for the Elks Lodge reported that it looked like a machine with a snow basket has dumped the snow on the lot.

Rob Perry the Secretary-Treasurer said, "we try to be good neighbours. We let people use our lot while they’re clearing their own driveways or if someone might need to park overnight for some reason."

For the time being the Elk Loge will check with a nearby business to see if their security cameras captured anything.
