Contract Awarded for Colonial Building Restoration

Redwood Construction Limited has been awarded a contract valued at $1.3 million for further renovations to the Colonial Building Provincial Historic Site.

Renovations include interior trim and surface repair/reinstatement on all levels of the Colonial Building, including some electrical upgrades and work on the stairs connecting the ground level and level one. These renovations are expected to be complete in September 2021.

The building still retains many of its original elements.
